Meet Beth Good

When I gave birth to my daughter at age 40, I decided to make a career change to real estate. Having worked out of the saddle my entire life, it was easy for me to decide that I only wanted to work with horse property.

Eight years later, I've closed everything from small to large acreage ranches, including bank owned property to luxury equestrian estates. In that time, I've learned that, while selling or buying horse property in the Temecula area, you want an agent who listens to what you have to say, can speak the language of horses and understands the uniqueness of the equestrian world.

As a listing agent, knowing how and where to market your horse property is a high priority that is tailored to your farm or ranch's specialty. Utilizing the internet effectively through seach engine optimization methods, when combined with pointing to the right social networks, is guaranteed to get your property noticed. Properties that get noticed get offers. Properties that get offers get sold.  Bottom line.

When looking to purchase your next horse property in Temecula, for breeding, training, showing or your own private retreat for your favorite equines, you can bet that I will find you the place of your dreams that is best suited to your needs. Knowing where to look and what to look for are topped with the basic foundation of listening to your needs as a buyer.

Should you be buying or selling your cutting, reining, dressage, racing, breeding or private ranch or farm, you'll be glad we will have stepped into the real estate arena together.

I currently live on a ranch with my family and horses and serve on the Board of Directors for the Rancho California Horsemen's Association. Horses have a wonderful way of bringing people together.  I am blessed and life is good. It is my pleasure to serve you, your family and your horses.
