These boots were made for buying!

Every August tack store buyers congregate from all over the U.S. and Canada to Pennsylvania to attend AETA, the American Equestrian Tradeshow Association. They come to peruse next year’s spring collections from their best selling brands as well have all the hopes in their little equestrian worlds to find something exciting, something original, something different!

This year I was honored to be presenting exactly that to my small business peers in the form of an affordable yet totally innovative and luxurious line of riding boots, Ego7.

With the influx of Italian boot companies heavily infiltrating the U.S. boot market it was important for Ego7 to offer a line of boots that stood out from their competitors. They have exceeded this accomplishment by not only making a form-fitted, supple leather boot with some pretty cutting edge features, but they did it all for an extremely affordable price.

Dress boots are making a strong comeback this year on the show circuit and the Ego7 Aries boot successfully embodies the classic style while modernizing the fit and design details, making this my favorite in the collection. Both tall boots and the Lyra half chap are made with the ground-breaking E-Tex fabric on the inner panel of the boot, which is surprisingly soft and supple, but will not wear through like its leather counter part.

The boots also come equipped with a unique bottom zip cover that has a three-layered spur rest creating a unique and signature look to the Ego7 line. The zippers are heavy duty, made in the USA, and come with an unprecedented eight-month guaranty. There are two options of foot beds and an elastic panel to create a more customized fit. But most importantly there is a super comfy insert to protect your heel from zipper pressure!

Finally these boots just exude the cool factor from the sleek contoured foot and ankle up to the ultra high top with original branding design.  Did I mention the tall boots are only $499? That’s right chic, affordable fashion for your feet!

Don’t miss LA Saddlery at this month’s big hunter/jumper shows, starting with the Los Angeles Longines Masters Oct. 1-4 at the LA Convention Center, the Del Mar International Oct. 15-18 and West Palm Events’ two fall shows in Paso Robles in late October-early November.
