Equine Stakeholders Meeting January 24

It has been a long time since I last updated all of you on the County of San Diego Draft Equine Ordinance and Environmental Impact Report. I have been visiting stables, going to planning group meetings (where I've seen many of you) and working on the draft ordinance. BLM Offers 15 Wild Horses and Burros for Adoption

Twelve wild horses and three wild burros are looking to start the New Year in new homes.
