Courtney King Dye Medical Fund eBay Store Now Live

Olympian Suffered Traumatic Brain Injury In March 2010 Accident

The popular helmet awareness campaign, Riders4Helmets, is pleased to announce that an eBay store to raise funds for 2008 US Olympian Courtney King-Dye's Medical Fund is now open. The store will operate for one week only and all proceeds will be donated to the King-Dye Medical Fund. King-Dye suffered a traumatic brain injury in March 2010 following an accident while riding without a helmet, and is now an avid supporter of the Riders4Helmets campaign, having been vocal in support of helmet wearing since the accident. A New Point Increment System Highlights the USHJA Annual Meeting

It's just one of the many successful outcomes during this year's meeting in The Big Easy.

After decades of discussion, debate and consternation, the current increment system—the way points are calculated when a horse places in a class at a rated competition—was successfully revamped. "It's something that's not happened in our lifetimes," noted United States Hunter Jumper Association President Bill Moroney with a smile. "This is a massive change.
