Sacramento's Western States Horse Expo is Not Cancelled

Contrary to some news reports that all horse-related events in California have been cancelled due to an outbreak of an equine virus (Equine Herpes, EHV-1), the Western States Horse Expo — the largest in the nation — will open its gates to horse enthusiasts June 10-12 at Cal Expo in Sacramento.

For the 13th year, the Horse Expo continues to be proud of bringing the finest in the horse industry to its visitors, including demonstrations, education, competitions, a horse sale, shopping, a parade of breeds, and a Santa Fe style barbecue on Saturday night.
