As official network broadcast partner of the World Equestrian Games, NBC TV will broadcast six-and-a-half hours of coverage from the event. It may not seem like much to us equestrian fanatics, but it is described as “the largest major network broadcast of equestrian sport in U.S. television history.” The coverage is spread over the Games’ three Sundays and listed here in Pacific Standard Time. Pomegranate Hill Bought By Group of Investors at Auction

Last month, a group of investors bought the beautiful 10.46 acre boarding facility in Rancho Santa Fe. Laura Sakakeeny, previous owner for the past six years, will continue to manage the facility. The trainers and boarders have not been affected by the change in ownership. The live coverage of the High Roller Reining Classic from the talented team at Equestrian Life will begin with the Non Pro Derby on Friday, Sept. 17 at approximately 2:00 p.m. ET, 11:00 a.m. PT and resume with the Open Derby on Saturday, Sept. 18 at approximately 2:00 p.m. ET, 11:00 am. PT.

Johannes Beck-Broichsitter Availabe for Lessons • September 22 - October 3

Johannes Beck-Broichsitter (Pferdewirtschaftsmeister FN) from Germany will be in San Diego available for lessons on many of those days. There is the opportunity for him to teach at your facility. He will be teaching at Willow Glen Equestrian Center in El Cajon for many of the days and probably in the Menifee/Temecula area. He is a Grand Prix Dressage trainer, primarily influenced by the Spanish Riding School. He is a talented teacher of any level rider. He also works horses in hand. $75.00 a ride. Auditors are free.
